Return and Refund Policy – FlexiFlipper3D

Due to the custom nature of our products (temporary flexible flippers made specifically for each patient), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been produced and shipped.

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at flexiflipper3d@gmail.com. We will review the case and provide a replacement if necessary.

Please make sure all scan data and prescription details are accurate before placing the order.
