Temporary Use & Remake Policy

This appliance is intended for temporary use during healing after an extraction or implant placement and should be used for up to 30 days.

Pre-extraction cases are accepted. Please provide a scan with the tooth still present and indicate which tooth should be virtually removed. We will digitally remove the tooth and fabricate the flipper for placement after extraction.

If the flipper does not fit properly or feels loose, we will remake it at no additional charge. A new digital scan is required for all remakes.

To request a remake, please email flexiflipper3d@gmail.com and include your original FlexiFlipper3D order number. Attach the new digital scan (ZIP) to your email. For files too large to attach, you may send a WeTransfer download link.

Because oral tissues can change during healing, fit may change over time. Remakes are based on a new scan and are intended to provide proper fit for the temporary-use period.
