We ship only within the United States, to dental offices.

Production time

Production time is 1–3 business days after we receive a complete scan, prescription, and payment.

Shipping

Shipping is selected at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Available UPS methods:

• UPS Ground — standard

• UPS 2nd Day Air — faster, extra charge

• UPS Next Day Air — fastest, extra charge

The dentist chooses the shipping method at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.

After the case ships, a tracking number is sent by email.
