OVERVIEW

This website is operated by FlexiFlipper3D. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FlexiFlipper3D. By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please review these Terms before using the website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

  1. PROFESSIONAL USE

FlexiFlipper3D provides custom dental laboratory products intended for orders submitted by licensed dentists and authorized dental offices.

The ordering dental professional is responsible for the prescription, clinical diagnosis, patient selection, digital scan, case instructions, insertion, adjustment, evaluation of fit, and clinical supervision of the appliance.

Our products are not a substitute for professional dental diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up care.

  1. TEMPORARY APPLIANCE

The Single-Tooth Flexible Flipper is a temporary dental appliance intended for use for up to 30 days unless otherwise directed by the treating dentist.

The treating dental professional is responsible for determining whether the appliance is appropriate for the patient and for providing all necessary instructions regarding use, cleaning, adjustment, and follow-up care.

  1. DIGITAL SCANS AND CASE INFORMATION

The ordering dental professional is responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and usable digital scans and case instructions.

The dental office must have all necessary authority and patient consent to submit digital files and case information. Do not include patient names or other unnecessary identifying information.

Production delays, remakes, or additional charges may result from incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or unusable files.

  1. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Every appliance is individually designed and fabricated according to the submitted scan and case instructions. Product appearance, shade, fit, and minor surface details may vary from photographs shown on the website.

Because each appliance is custom-made, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold after production begins, except as provided in our Return and Refund Policy:

  1. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, place on hold, or cancel an order when necessary.

Payment must be successfully processed before production begins.

An order may be cancelled for a full refund only before digital design or fabrication has started. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded except as provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The customer is responsible for the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges displayed during checkout.

The customer represents that all billing and payment information submitted is accurate and that the customer is authorized to use the selected payment method.

  1. PRODUCTION TIMES

Typical production time is 1–3 business days after we receive payment, complete case instructions, and acceptable digital files.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Complex cases, incomplete information, unusable scans, equipment issues, holidays, or other circumstances may cause delays.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges are paid by the customer and calculated during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or service interruptions caused by UPS or another shipping carrier, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and providing a complete and accurate delivery address before submitting the order.

  1. FIT ISSUES, DAMAGE, AND REMAKES

The customer must inspect the order promptly after delivery.

If an appliance does not fit properly, is excessively loose, arrives damaged or defective, or differs from the submitted case instructions, contact us within 7 days of delivery at flexiflipper3d@gmail.com.

Please provide the Shopify order number, a description of the issue, photographs when applicable, and a new digital scan if requested.

After reviewing the case, we may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. The treating dental professional remains responsible for evaluating, inserting, and adjusting the appliance.

By using this website, you acknowledge that information submitted through the store may be processed by Shopify and other service providers used to operate the website, process payments, receive uploaded files, and fulfill orders.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, and other information are accurate. However, occasional errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct information, update the website, change or discontinue products, or cancel an affected order when necessary.

• To submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;

Our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, file uploads, shipping, analytics, and other functions.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or actions caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control. Use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

FlexiFlipper3D is a dental laboratory service and does not provide direct patient diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. The ordering dental professional is responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexiFlipper3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, delays, third-party services, or products ordered through the website.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold FlexiFlipper3D and its service providers harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, submission of unauthorized information or files, misuse of a product, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
